CIICED has also conceive one highly ambitious project “DESTYNE” to provide formal, professional education and personality enhancing programs from schooling to higher and technical education, at their doorstep, blended with skill development drive to bring them into mainstream of society. DESTYNE is unique project which can be established in the core or peripheral tribal region through out the country. CIICED can also share this project with co minded NGOs or corporates across the country and can provide technical knowhow to implement the project to any NGO with necessary tie up. It would be a innovative program as suggested in XIth and XIIth five year plan. Funding for this project would be obtained from non plan outlays of planing commission and CSR funds.
